Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. While we strive to ship orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Debbie's Handmade Soap is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.

Debbie's Handmade Soap is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, damaged in transit, or marked as delivered but not received. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file claims or investigate delivery issues.

However, we will gladly assist by providing tracking information and shipment details when available.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the package and contents. We will review each situation individually and work toward a fair resolution.
