At Debbie's Handmade Soap, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are handmade bath and body items, we must maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

Returns
We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Proof of purchase is required.
Due to the nature of bath and body products, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, tested, or altered in any way.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Bath and body products that have been opened or used

Workshop registrations (unless otherwise stated)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
